Customised data from the Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) surveys can be requested from the Social Research Centre (SRC) for approved purposes. Customised data can include unit record files (microdata), tabular data (macrodata) and accessible formats of data already in the public domain. If you would like to discuss data availability and formats before submitting an application, please call 03 9236 8500 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Standard microdata files are also available for pre-approved higher education institutions for national benchmarking purposes.
Before requesting data, please read the QILT Data Protocols and note the following points:
- Data requests must be made in accordance with the QILT Data Protocols. Requests which fail to meet this requirement will not be accepted.
- A fee is payable for the provision of data. Information on fees is available on request.
- Other than the selected indicators included on this website, requests for data from the Australian Graduate Survey should be directed to Graduate Careers Australia.
- Separate arrangements for the provision of data are in place for Australian higher education providers and agencies of the Australian Government and state and territory governments. Employees of these organisations should contact the SRC for advice on data access.
